1. Escrow
The business funds the full campaign budget into escrow before invitations go out. Escrow is reserved per accepted promoter and released, refunded or held only as set out here. We hold the funds; neither party can withdraw them during the campaign.
2. The promoter's obligations
Post the campaign creative, unedited, with the required caption, hashtags, mention and tracking link, from the connected account named in the invitation, within the posting window. Keep the post public and unchanged for the whole retention window. Do not delete, archive, edit or hide it, and do not change the link or remove the disclosure hashtag.
3. The business's obligations
Provide a creative and landing page that are lawful and work for the whole window. Do not ask a promoter to change the campaign privately. Accept the verified checks as the record of what was posted.
4. Checks
We verify ownership, creative match, caption, hashtags, tracking link, timing, visibility and duplicate claims at submission, then re-check on the campaign's schedule until the final check. A post that fails a check is handled by the campaign's failure rule: pay for the days kept, forfeit, or send to review.
5. Payment
When the final check passes, the agreed amount moves from escrow to the promoter's cleared balance and the platform fee is charged to the business. Removal by the platform itself (not by the promoter) goes to manual review and never adds a strike. Removal or editing by the promoter before the window ends forfeits the payout or pays pro rata, as the campaign rule says.
6. Strikes
A promoter who breaks this agreement receives a strike: first a warning with payout review, second a 30-day campaign limit, third an account review. Strikes expire after six months of clean campaigns and can be appealed.
7. Cancellation
A business may close a campaign before any post is live and receive the unused escrow back. Once posts are live, closing pays promoters for the days kept. A promoter may decline an invitation at any time before accepting; after accepting, not posting within the window simply ends the task without payment.
8. Records
Both parties agree that the check log, snapshots and messages recorded in the product are the evidence for any dispute about the campaign.
