Privacy Policy

This policy explains what Solstice⁹ Group collects when you use Paladzo, why, and your rights under the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023.

1. What we collect

Account details: name, email, phone, password hash. Business details: company name, website, brands, team members, billing details. Promoter details: display name, city, niches, connected social accounts and the public metrics each platform shares, rate cards, bank account (bank, account name and the last four digits), tax details you choose to give. Activity: campaigns, posts you submit, check results, payouts, withdrawals, messages, sign-in device and IP address, consent records.

  • We never store social media passwords.
  • We never store full card numbers; the payment provider does.

2. Why we use it

To run campaigns and verify posts, to pay promoters and bill businesses, to detect fraud and enforce the Campaign Agreement, to send the notifications you choose (in-app and email), to keep records required by tax and financial regulation, and to improve the product with aggregate statistics.

3. Who sees it

Businesses see promoters' public profiles and the verified metrics of posts in their campaigns. Promoters see the campaigns they are invited to and the business's name. Service providers process data for us under contract: hosting, email delivery, payment processing, social platform APIs for verification, and search and AI data providers for the Visibility tools (which receive only your website domain and the keywords and prompts you track). We disclose data when the law requires it.

4. Where it is kept and for how long

Data is stored with our hosting provider and may be processed outside Nigeria under safeguards required by the Act. Account data is kept while your account is open. Campaign and financial records are kept for seven years after the campaign, without your name once your account is closed. Check logs are kept for 24 months.

5. Your rights

You can see, download and correct your data from Settings, control what your public profile shows, disconnect accounts, and delete your account. You can object to or restrict processing and complain to the Nigeria Data Protection Commission. Email privacy@paladzo.com for anything you cannot do from Settings.

6. Cookies

We use one session cookie to keep you signed in, one short-lived cookie during two-factor sign-in, and a cookie that remembers which site you selected in the Visibility tools. We do not use advertising cookies.

7. Changes

We will show you any material change to this policy and ask you to accept it before you continue.
