1. Who can use the service
You must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding contract in Nigeria. A business account must be opened by someone authorised to act for that business. One person may hold both a business and a promoter role on one account.
2. Your account
Keep your password private and turn on two-factor authentication when we ask for it. You are responsible for activity on your account until you tell us it has been compromised. We never ask for your social media passwords; accounts connect through each platform's own login.
3. How campaigns work
A business creates a campaign, sets the posting rules and funds the full budget into escrow before any promoter is invited. Promoters who accept post on their own accounts and keep the post live for the retention window. We check posts automatically and release payment only after the final check passes. The detailed rules are in the Campaign Agreement, which both sides accept when a campaign is launched or an invitation is accepted.
4. Money
Amounts are in Nigerian naira. Business funds sit in escrow and are released to promoters, refunded, or held for review according to the Campaign Agreement. We charge the business a platform fee by tier on each released payout, shown before launch. Promoters withdraw cleared balances to a Nigerian bank account in their own name; the first withdrawal, a new bank account and large amounts may be held for a manual check. We are not a bank and balances do not earn interest.
5. Honest conduct
Promoters must not buy views, engagement or followers, use more than one account to claim the same campaign, submit a post that is not theirs, or edit a post so that it no longer meets the campaign rules. Businesses must not promote anything unlawful, deceptive or unsafe, must not use the platform to promote their own accounts through fake promoters, and must honour the payouts they fund. Breaches lead to strikes, held payouts, restriction or removal, as described in the product.
6. Advertising disclosure
Every campaign post must carry the disclosure hashtag shown in the campaign so that readers know it is paid promotion. Promoters are responsible for following the advertising rules of each platform and of the Advertising Regulatory Council of Nigeria.
7. Content and licences
Businesses keep the rights to their creatives and grant promoters a licence to post them as part of the campaign. Promoters keep the rights to their accounts and grant the business the right to be named in the post and to use the post's public metrics in reports. We may show anonymised campaign results to other users.
8. Disputes
Held payouts, strikes and failed checks can be appealed inside the product. Our review team decides on the evidence recorded by the checks and both parties' messages. Our decision on the escrow is final within the product; nothing stops either party from going to court or to an arbitrator in Lagos under Nigerian law.
9. Ending an account
You can close your account at any time once cleared money has been withdrawn and no campaign you are part of is live. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms. Campaign records are kept for seven years as required by tax and financial regulation, without your personal details once your account is closed.
10. Liability
The service is provided as it is. We do our best to keep checks accurate and the platform available, but platforms change their APIs and posts can be removed by the platforms themselves. To the extent the law allows, our liability to you is limited to the fees we charged you in the three months before the claim.
11. Changes
We may update these terms. If a change matters, we will show it to you and ask you to accept it before you continue.
