What happens if a promoter deletes the post early?+–
Nothing is paid for that post, the reserved amount returns to your wallet, and the promoter receives a strike. Takedowns by the platform itself are treated differently and never count as a strike.
How do you know the account is real?+–
Promoters connect each account through Instagram, Facebook or TikTok login, so ownership is confirmed by the platform rather than a screenshot. Account age, audience size and engagement feed their Promoter Score, and we can ask for an ID check when something looks off.
Can I choose the exact people who post?+–
Yes. Filter and invite by hand, keep an approved list, or let automatic matching fill the campaign by score. You can also approve each promoter before they post.
When do promoters get paid?+–
Automatically, once the final check passes at the end of the retention window. Cleared money can be withdrawn to your bank account.
What does it cost?+–
There is no subscription for campaigns. You fund the campaign, and the platform fee comes off released payouts only: 15% on the free plan, 12% on Growth, 9% on Scale. Promoters keep 100% of their posted rate.
Do promoters have to disclose the ad?+–
Yes. The required disclosure tag (#PaladzoAd) is checked automatically, so a post without it never passes.
